Mortgage to rent
If you own your home and are in danger of having the property repossessed as a result of financial problems, the Scottish Government may be able to assist.
The Home Owners’ Support Fund is a scheme to help owners who are experiencing difficulty in paying loans secured against the property.
There are two options – The Mortgage to Rent scheme and the Mortgage to Shared Equity scheme.
